Founder’s Profile

IMG_6446 Kopie Online + smallanCOss was founded in 2008 by Andrei Constantinescu.

Andrei is an internationally highly experienced senior executive, performing business consulting, trainings and coaching worldwide.
He has delivered himself hundreds of workshops to thousands of professionals on all continents – and continues to do so.

His view on consulting and training is at the heart of anCOss’ approach:

“Business strategy is co-developed by key people in a company – and for the people in such company.

Linking a business strategy to people’s roles – through workshops, skill trainings, coaching etc – is crucial. A disconnected workforce will perform as good as it can, instead of excelling as good as it possibly could.”

Andrei is actively consulting and delivering high impact courses, e.g. in the area of Account Management, Sales Force Management, Negotiation, Multicultural Leadership, Marketing, etc.
He is engaged with international global clients and coaches individual executives and professionals.

Prior to starting anCOss Strategy & Sales Services, Andrei has held several sales positions in large international enterprises like AT&T, from Channel Manager, to Global Account Manager, International Business Development Director, and Business Alliance Manager for a global Telecom/IT joint-venture (Concert).

In addition, he is drawing on experiences from earlier roles in R&D and project management of international projects, which provide him with a balanced, holistic view, cross-functional understanding and acceptance.

Prior to his consulting and training activities, Andrei originally acquired his international business expertise and multicultural skills while working and living in Switzerland, Germany, the United States, France, and Romania. As such, he is fluent in English, German, French, Romanian, and Swiss German.

Andrei is holding an MBA from Strathclyde University (Glasgow) with focus on corporate strategy, a Master of EE/CS of the Technical University of Munich, and has been a Visiting Scholar at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (Boston) and Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications (ENST), Paris.
